  • Examination and analysis of nature and value of assets, manner in which title held and potential estate tax liability
  • Determination and clarification of client's wishes for disposition of assets on death
  • Recommend solutions to accomplish client's objectives and to achieve optimum tax efficiency with those objectives in mind
  • Prepare wills, with or without testamentary trusts, revocable "living” trusts with "pour-over” wills, any desired or appropriate irrevocable trusts, such as insurance trust, charitable trust, "Crummey” trust
  • Prepare premarital agreements, transmutation agreements, family partnership and limited liability company agreements and other agreements affecting marital or family assets and wealth transfer
  • Plan for retirement assets, including lifetime distributions and distributions upon death under qualified plans and IRAs
  • Prepare General Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney and Living Will
  • Prepare documents to, and assist in, transfer of assets to fund revocable trust
